What it does NOT do:
- Block or alter the existing form behavior. Every Shopify form
continues to work exactly as before. We just fire a parallel POST
to SNSYS in addition.
- Capture from inside iframes (Shopify Checkout, embedded apps).
Those are handled by the orders/create + checkouts/create webhooks.
- Capture from RestockRocket (third-party app, runs in its own widget).
Tagging strategy: every captured contact is tagged with
- 'shopify-form-capture' (always)
- 'capture:submit' or 'capture:blur' (how it was caught)
- 'form_type:' (e.g., form_type:contact, form_type:customer)
- 'form_id:' (e.g., form_id:contact_form)
- 'page:' (e.g., page:/pages/contact-us)
- Plus any select-dropdown or text values that look like attribution
('interest:Defender Mark X', 'source:Google', etc.)
