Returns and refunds

Unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 7 days of the returned part reaching us. Email info@blackbridgemotors.com with your order number before sending anything back and we will reply with return instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If a part arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping and send the correct part.

Parts that have been installed, modified or scratched cannot be returned.

Pre-order items, other than Blackbridge Beach Cruiser parts, can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship.

Blackbridge Beach Cruiser parts are built to order and are non-refundable: once ordered, they cannot be cancelled or returned. We agree the lead time with you after you order; if we cannot ship by the date we agree, you may cancel for a full refund. If a part arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we send the correct part.

Chassis, complete builds and custom work are sold under their own written agreements and are not covered by this policy.
